Remarks:
- In collision with Maersk Kalmar (IMO: 9153862) on Outer Weser during overtaking manouvres by Conmar Avenue, caused by engine failure (Lub. Oil failure), while en route to Bremerhaven, Germany (07/05/'13). After engine shut off, Conmar Avenue was dragged to Maersk Kalmar and hit vessel on SB side. Both ships suffered damages above waterline, 15 containers fell over board of Conmar Avenue.
- During offloading activities on board Conmar Avenue, scrap metal fell out of a container and fell on a wheelhouse of inland waterway cargo ship Fryslan (MMSI: 244710612) while being moored at Maasvlakte, Rotterdam, Holland (16/02/'14). Skipper died due to wounds, while his wife and harbour worker suffered serious injuries.
- Allided with lock door at Kiel-Holtenau, Germany (03/02/'17). No damage to lock or ship reported.
