In this case I think it's not a scrubber( or atleast not only a scrubber) - probably a couple of extra generators installed in there (with SCR's) to supply the DP thrusters when she was converted to shuttletanker, and possibly some equipment for VOC collection in front of the accommodation.

In any case the end result is ugly as f*ck! ;-)

It seems to me that the owners of all these vessels being fitted with scrubber funnels are in competition to make the most ugly thing afloat these days.
