Hi rd77, You are absolutely right, I tought Carnival Cruise Line Miami Blog was an official Carnival Facebook page wich it is not so they will as you say go in to cold lay-up.

Hi Geir, that is incorrect. Fantasy and Inspiration have already been beached at Aliaga, but Fascination and Imagination are going into cold lay-up (for now, although I do agree their return to service is questionable). She will be scrapped together with CARNIVAL FASCINATION according to Carnival Cruise Line Miami Blog:
"The Fantasy class ship gave many people reading this their first cruise experience and as we say goodbye to the Carnival Fantasy, Carnival Inspiration, Carnival Imagination and Carnival Fascination..."

At least she is not getting scrapped (yet). She is going into cold lay-up together with her sister Carnival Fascination. Fascination is parked in Cadiz, so probably Imagination will also head there.
