Yes David you are right all these seacrafts were owned by China Harbour Engineering Co., I had forgotten the name of this company, which also carried out works in the port of San Antonio, more photos of these tugs and dredges will be posted soon.

Probably the China Harbour Engineering Co. They had the contract with San Vicente Terminal International. Apparently their "entry project" in the Chile market.

Now I am searching about owners, I know that they are a chinese company which was carrying out works at the port of San Vicente, after the earthquake and tsunami of the 27 February 2010.
