The "unknown" is the *Batchawana* 131134, built 1912 by Polson IWs, Toronto, originally for the Ministry of Transport. She sailed for years for McNamara Construction, now owned by Arthur Gray, Stoney Creek, Ontario. See:

They look like McKiel tugs. One on the right looks like the Progress
