Description:
Dimitrios P. (ex Evangelia, ex Amfipolis, ex Brigit, ex Pentelikon) went aground 8 January 1968 when her anchor chain broke due to bad weather while anchored at Imeri Gramvousa, Crete. The crew abandoned ship safely and fled to the uninhabited island where they remained for two days until they were rescued.
