The 1949 Malmo built tanker STAVROS E, owned by Stavros Eleftheriadis of Piraeus, is seen passing Portishead, inbound for Avonmouth exactly fifty years ago today, on 26th September 1970.

Later: 1970: AMURA, owned by Capt. Swenson (on board) of Bowling Green Building, 11 Broadway, New York 4, U.S.A.
She finally arrived at Kaohsiung on 30th January 1972 for breaking up.
