Yes my friend she along with the other rig has been for more than 4 years moored at Palumbo , just "stored", no work being undertaken on them. They can be seen from practically every part of the island because of their height.Hope they will be seen off very soon, they are marring the historic skyline of the ancient cities and bastions.
