Lloyd's shipping index 26 july 1985 : Ondina 21 june dep. Agra dos Reis-Garoupa wherever that is, can't find it but must be Brazil, maybe Edison knows.
Even in August issue of Lloyd's index this is still the last entry, so probably she has been lying at anchor in Rio waters for a while.

For identifying any Shell-tanker this is the ONLY site to go to, imho:

The most good source to conclude what's the ship is Lloyd's Shipping Index.

We looked at the S class and discounted it due to the forward deckhouse stanchions being different. There were three S class ships: SEPIA 5320510; SERENIA 5320596; and SOLEN 5333402, all were UK built. SIVELLA 5422497; and SITALA 5330412 were larger and were French built; again these do not match. For the O class, there were 5 ships: ONDINA 5263542; ONOBA 5263683; OTINA 5266922; OPALIA 5421857; and OSCILLA 5421871, the first two were built in the Netherlands and the last three in the UK. Of these ONDINA, the first ship of the series, was the only one with the wheelhouse forward, all the others are positioned aft. Also, the arrangement of the wheelhouse stanchions matches. Therefore, we concluded that this is ONDINA.

MT "Sivella" was one of the "S" Class but according to Equasis, was scrapped in 1981. On the other hand, the Dutch tanker "Ondina" fits better. Also according to Equasis, was scrapped during august 1986. A picture of her is depicted at Pinterest. If no sister vessels were built, it might be the unidentified vessel posted. I also found another picture in the following link: https://www.gettyimages.com.mx/detail/fotograf%C3%ADa-de-noticias/the-60-000-ton-tanker-ondina-sailing-into-fotograf%C3%ADa-de-noticias/1079687726
Kind regards.

It looks very much like Shell's 1961-built SEPIA (IMO 5320510) of which there are 3 photos on this site. I've found one reference to a Shell "S-class" which indicates there might have been other similar ships.
