It is just clearing the breakwaters in Newcastle so is now exposed to the swell on the stbd bow so i'd say she is rolling.

Unless she is badly trimmed the bulker is heeling to port side. So probably completing a turn to stbd and in so doing, preventing a collision.

Looks a bit close but could be an illusion, if there was a possibility of collision then definitely the officers on the bridge would be on the bridge wing. We (or should I say just me? call sailing boat people WAFI's........... Lorna.
