Are you sure you haven't somehow confused the dates of photos with when you posted her in January of 2019?
I have a hard time believing someone had returned her to Olson colors by September, as she was wearing her Brusco paint job when I saw her in August 2019.

If the tug in your 2019 photo is named BELINDA BRUSCO why do you think (if you know) is she still in Olson Marine livery and registered in Ketchikan, Alaska when she was sold to Brusco and renamed in 2018? Just out of curiosity, thanks for an answer.

I agree with Manfred, there are two pictures of the same boat taken the same day, one unknown, the other the Norman O. The paint scheme seems to be of the Norman O, the new named Belinda Brusco having a different one.
