Description:

Tug/tender owned by J T Palmer & Sons of Denton, Gravesend on a blustery day after she had been towing the Tilbury ferry EDITH.

Built in 1925 as steam tug HAM for Tough of Teddington by Van Duivendijk at Lekkerkerk in the Netherlands, yard no.3

Motorised in 1961 and rebuilt to tug/tender after sinking off Southend in 1981.

Believed scrapped 2004, possibly at Denton.
