The movements for the British Engineer as arriving at Bukom Island 1-8-2020 departed 2-8 for Jurong Island arriving there on the 4-8. So on this evidence I would say this is the British Engineer and I can make out the name on the tankers bow.

If somebody can establish whether the British Engineer was there on 03/08/2020, than we may the answer. Based on the name alone I am not certain.
