How about everyone, sorry for my late reply.
If the dam is fully anchored, I was lucky enough to go fishing near the dam for a day, and the moorings are clearly visible.
I took the photo from the viewpoint at a good height as CISCO says, apparently he knows Valparaiso well, I have a medium category team, a canon of x42.
Rgds to all
Juan Carlos..

Jaybird25, there is a bit of foreshortening to be seen here... the building in the foreground is on the corner of Errázuriz and Gomez Carreño some 350 metres from the bow of the ship.
I would guess the photo was taken from the Paseo Gervasoni.... some 500 metres from the ship.
I wonder what equipment Juan Carlos is using?

Navimag really do have an eye for quality tonnage..........
With Evangelistas gone and Coihaique lost I guess they need something 'new'..
I was on two of the older 'Bazias' ships through the 1990s...... very basic.. even then.... not my favourites...
