Photo Category: Tugs
-IMO#7932343- seen in from Seattle,WA at her new home in Boston,MA,12-10-06. This tug was spotted by the Providence Steamboat crews driving by the Mass Tow dock in Fall River,MA to wave 'Hi', maybe an act of intimidation. This tug was used to assist the reefer Pluto out of New Bedford,MA then drove the extra 4 hours to just come close to our dock then leave. Kinda suspicous...

On AIS at the moment, she appears to be headed down I-95 to Providence! Something must be wrong--there's no way she could be where it says she is.

Aha! You grabbed a shot during the day. I cannot seem to get myself on a lunch cruise these days so I haven't had a chance to snap Foss pics. Nate is right, these new tugs, Phoenix and Cygnus included, don't fit in with the tugs you commonly see around here. They're certainly not making friends in Boston, the BTT guys are less than thrilled with their presence.

rather ugly looking tug, just doesnt fit in with all the east coast style tugs. What is the HP on this thing? Any idea why she drove all the way up to Fall River?
