Thank you for your comment, Sophie! I remember seeing some footage of demolition of skyscrapers, when they indeed made everything shine bright, and even had some fireworks display before pushing the button.
But I'm afraid the only bright lights this tug will see will be sparks and flames from the cutting torches...

It's me, again :)
Once a colleague told me that a vessel is usually fully lit up at the last night before scrapping, as she was done at the first night before her maiden voyage.
Could you tell me whether it's going to be done to her?
I hope she would get a one last chance to shine brightly.
