later renamed: Diamant

I think its the Diamant, ENI 06105670
Indeed the hull was built in China and after arrival in the Netherlands, it was finished by TeamCo in Heusden.
She was at Kampers for the construction of her wheelhouse. A few Dutch resources:

On the bow I can see a nummer 099 on the end. Perhaps some new building from china

looks like Somtrans LNG, arrived at Puttershoek Oct. 2018
