Seems to be one of Edson Chouest's Brazilian affiliate Bram Offshore Transportes Marítimos Ltda - the name on the bow appears to begin BR--, and it is two short words. What is distinctive are the four large openings aft and, particularly, the gantry crane.
It is reported that only two Bram ships have this: BRAM HERO and BRAM BUCK - the former had a white gantry crane in online photos, but it could have been changed to yellow; but I have not found in service photos of BRAM BUCK to compare.
