Coaster MATIPO (IMO5229118), in the lagoon of the West coast of New-Caledonia, on July 19th 1993.
When the photo was taken, she was used to carry sand between Ile Puen and Noumea. A regular trip of 2 x 35 NM, inside the lagoon.

The last information I could find about this ship is she left Noumea on September 4th 2009, bound to Port-Moresby, towed by the tug CELESTE.
