Built by the Ankerlokken Glommen yard (#190) at Fredrikstad for the of L.R. Johansen, but already within a year sold to Stener Muller and renamed LOTOS. In 1983 she was sold to Ek-Tank and became a familiar face in European waters, trading there for almost 20 years.
In 2004 she was sold to Nigeria, first renamed STREAM, then in 2011 EMPEROR and finally DOUKATO in 2012. Shw was broken up in Nigeria in 2015.
