A further development of the Volharding's 4200 dwt series. They made the ship take more tons of cargo by increasing her draught, so they raised the wing tanks for stability as extension of the poop deck. Superstructure had to be lowered on one deck to have the ship of nearly same gross tonnage as previous series.
Nice pic, don't like the design though. Yet I had to catch this ship both times she visited Kaliningrad.
