Description:
The "Brown Beaver" was a steel-hulled Canadian vessel built in Great Britain in 1929. Originally,named the "Fulton," she was of 1892 gross ton. Her owner, Mathews Steamship Company of Toronto, Ontario, sold her in 1933 to the Upper Lakes and Transportation Company, also of Toronto. The following year, her name was changed to "Brown Beaver." From 1960 to 1965, she was owned by Upper Lakes Shipping of Toronto. She was scrapped in 1965.
