Description:

Coaster PERSIA II (IMo5029697), Capt. K. Lang, at Brest during December 1985 (between 18 to 29).
She was on her way from Cuxhaven to Canarias (and probably to Caribbean area) when she called at Brest on 18 Dec to take some spare parts. She proceeded on 26 Dec but, due to severe weather off Brittany, was back at Brest the same day.
She left definitely Brest on 29 Dec to Canarias.
The German rescue ship SEA WOLFE was alongside, as they were crossing Atlantic together (thanks to Manfred).

SEA WOLF is the former DGzRS lifeboat HAMBURG (1960), she was sold to privat owner at the end of 1985 and sailed for the Caribbean. Looks like they went together.
