| and the sad thing is that when finally the bell tolls for such ships, noboby will know where they will go and how they will meet their end. Rotting away, not gas-freed and properly cleaned, as a great environmental risk. |

Excellent shot Foggy.
Looks like a bunkering vessel with all those tyres lashed here & there. The barnacle growth indicates she's been in that state of ballast for some time, and the anchor ball and two black balls are up, so she is not under command, or taking no chances! |
