When this photo was taken I was the Chief Officer. It was on her coastwise, and sailed foreign from Baltimore On July 22, a voyage that ended on my 26th birthday in Newport, Oregon, October 7, 1969. The Captain was Alvin Merig. She was owned by American Foreign Steamship Company, 80 Broad St., New York, NY 10004. She was under a charter to M.S.T.S. carrying military cargo to Vietnam.
