Fed Nav's new vessel del in 2006, Umiak 1 "skin boat" in the Inuit language, or boat made of skin, sealskin I would suspect,seen here at Montreal, Quebec, Dec 20th 2006, due to sail on the 13th of January 2007. I don't have a class for here she may be Oil/Ore combi or just a bulker

Great shot of the new post-seaway vessel, I believe she is an OBO, just like Arctic. Speaking of which, what happened to that Port Weller build?
