Hello Mike, indeed there are four rudders for the two propelling engines. It seems that all tankers of Project Sunrise built by Groningen Shipyard have two engines, but how many of these are equipped with four rudders is unknown to me.

Moin Volker, can't tell you exactly, but should be some kind of inspection of rudder and propelling system, whether routine or because of a technical problem I don't know. A lot of vessels come to Maasbracht for maintenance or repair works to be done, it's always interesting to see that.
