Great shot, Richard! Bringing the Russian energy to the rest of the world isn't it?!. SovComFlot is the abbreviation of Sovremennyi Kommerceskiy Flot in Russian(Modern Commercial Flot). The president of SCF is the former Russian Federation transport minister Sergey Frank (some say he is one of the very close people to the President Administration Kremlin officials!)
