Nice to see this old sietas coaster, learned at sietas yard from 1973 til 1976 johann jacob sietas, the great old man in german shipbuilding was at that time boss.
i realy adore this man. almost every body of his , more
than 1200, employees worked at sietas with pleasure.
even it was sometimes very hard , in winter on newbuildings also the summers were not easy but nice time. i think in 1976 sietas delivered 24 ships,every 2 weeks a newbuilding from sietas and norderwerft.

found another old sietas 648 ex frauke 1971 , 7110995
still in service. today at 19.00 she has eta at istanbul. acc. to miramar she was scrapped at frederikshavn 9.3.2018. but the last fotos from her
as tiger m are from bartin 28.12.2020.you will find
them in marine traffic.
