Jay, that would be in 1964 post-merger Mitsui-O.S.K Line (MOL) livery with a vermilion funnel, cream upper works & a teal hull. Atlas Maru was name-ship a class of four sisterships built for Osaka Shosen Kaisha, Atlas Maru, Andes Maru, London Maru and Suez Maru.

Builder – Naka Nippon Dockyard (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries), Kobe. Yard N°. 841.

Laid down 25th December 1950.
Launched 9th June 1951.
Service (OSK then Mitsui-OSK) 6th September 1951 to 27th July 1972.

Length 144.3 metres, breadth 18.8 metres. 8,235Grt.
