This is a product carrier carrying fuel, which previously sailed in the merchant fleet of Murmansk Shipping Co. However, the history of this ship in Gdynia dates back to 2017. - The ship was detained initially by the PSC, and then by a court bailiff as a result of a court decision on security - it was about the failure to settle the shipowner's receivables. The unit is currently decommissioned - according to the spokesman of the Maritime Office in Gdynia.
The authorities of the Port of Gdynia are trying unsuccessfully to contact the owner's bankruptcy trustee. (The company declared bankruptcy).
