Superstructure is tall but very narrow,see other pics

Why does she have such a huge superstructure? 7 floors is quite tall. Does she have lots of crew or does it have to be tall for visibility while the cabins are mostly empty?

We have a very clear overview of the main problem here: the vessel is supposed to carry cargo, but has to load this huge building at her stern first, and keeps carrying it regardless of anything else.
Maybe in my lifetime we'll see ships without this house (without crew), and that's definitely the direction where future shipping will be going...
