Maybe she's sheltering from the approaching typhoon "Chanthu" here, just off Hyundai Samho shipyard, but to me it looks like she's just waiting in line for a local scrapyard.

And how she ever managed to get from Busan to Mokpo is beyond me...

I think if she is going back out to sea she need's updated life boat's the crew will certainly need them guy's

Vlad, I deliberately did not write PSC....There is a shot of her as HOI SHUN, on Marine Traffic. This was taken in 2017. She looks already in a bad state, and from the looks of it, she did not receive any TLC after that.

If "PSC" stands for "Pay Some Cash", then sure, they're as serious as they can get... :)

Seriously, she doesn't look seaworthy; maybe she was towed here (but for what purpose?)...
