Description:

Grand class cruise ship. Berthed at the Overseas Passenger Terminal Circular Quay. In 2021 she will be renamed Pacific Adventure and transfer to P & O Australia to become the largest ship in their fleet. She will replace Pacific Eden. Star Princess will also join in 2021.

Good news is she is now returning to Australia as P & O's Pacific Adventure. She will be home based Sydney.

Hopefully not the case Clive, however in saying that the Australian and NZ governments are not making it easy. Cruise ban has now been extended until February 2022.

I wonder if ships such as this, now 20 years old, may never return to make cruises again but be sold for scrap instead.

Now laid up in Cyprus, Australian government have still not given any indication when cruise ships can return. Very frustrating.

Thank you for the comment. Unfortunately indecision by the Australian government has resulted in many cruise lines cancelling the 2021/2022 cruise season. Hopefully we will see cruise ships return in the not too far future.
