They are of a tanker under construction at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' now-defunct Yokohama Shipyard (now the Minato Mirai urban area) in February1967.
I think this ship was to be a sister of the “Calliopi Carras” (IMO 6708381; see http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=2966512), of which a photo of her being launched can be found at www.greekshippingmiracle.org/en/founding-supporters/carras/ (photo 9).
