I believe she is this one :
Honduras flagged tanker GOOD LUCK (IMo7935010), at Singapore on March 14th 1995.

According to LR, launched as Japanese TAIYO MARU No.7, she took Honduras flag on 1993, and was renamed GOOD LUCK on 1997. I wonder she was renamed on 1993 when passing under Honduras flag, but only reported on 1997.
