Luigi Cadorna was an Italian Cadorna class light cruiser, which served in the Regia Marina (Italian Royal Navy) during World War II. She was launched on 30 Sep 1931. This ship was named after Italian Field Marshall Luigi Cadorna who was commander in Chief of the Italian Army during WW I. After the Peace Treaty on 10 February 1947, she was one of the few ships to remain in the Italian Navy. She was used as a training ship until stricken in May 1951.

Yes, it's the Cruiser Luigi Cadorna.
You can spot the difference between Cadorna and Diaz in the different fillet between the forecastle and the main deck.

Im not 100% sure, but she look like armorued cruiser Trento built 1927.
