Description:

The Pacific Pilotage Authority pilot boats PACIFIC SCOUT and PACIFIC NAVIGATOR alongside at the PPA dock at Ogden Point. The Authority recently took delivery of a new vessel and have been shifting around their vessel assignments. PACIFIC NAVIGATOR has traditionally been based out of Steveston near Vancouver, but recently swapped assignments with PACIFIC PILOT TWO.

I believe the Navigator is here because the new pilot boat Pacific Guardian is back in dry dock in Campbell for warranty work. The Pacific Pilot II cannot venture out to the Alberti canal to do pilot drop offs and pick ups
