I'm sure it was CABLE ENTERPRISE that I saw on the Tees a short while ago so not scrapped in 2009.

Between dead and not dead, scrapped and not scrapped, it seem's to happen quite a bit here, very confusing indeed

Some confusion here. The description notes that the vessel has been scrapped but that is not the impression given by the rest of the information.
