By looking your newly linked extended image, I´d say the jack-up is the another one MAERSK INNOVATOR. Somehow I´d read the name as INNOVATOR... But surely am not 100 % sure.

I suspect this photo was taken in January 2005, when Maersk Inspirer was on her delivery voyage from the builders to the North Sea for commissioning.

Good,I´m look for more information inside my photos(exif dates) and look for date time:the camara aren´t ajust time :-? ,but for other images , the photo was taken on middle year 2005.

The Mighty Servant 2 was sank in Indonesia
on November 2 1999.
And the Mighty Servant 3
was sank near the port of Luanda, Angola,
on December 6 2006.

The cruise ship is the Funchal, IMO 5124162,
built in Denmark in 1961.
And the jack-up drilling rig is Maersk Innovator or Maersk Inspirer, built in 2003 and 2004.
