Photographed undergoing conversion to a livestock carrier in Hong Kong. Launched as Brandenburg (German owners). Acquired by EAC and renamed & reflagged 1946 (Kambodia, Denmark), and completed in June 1947. Renamed 1969 (Linda Clausen). Converted to cattle carrier 1970. Re-designated livestock carrier, renamed & reflagged 1974 (Al Messilah, Kuwait). Renamed & reflagged 1981 (Mukairish Althaleth, Saudi Arabia). Broken up at Qinhuandao (China).

With this ship it concerns earlier motorship BRANDENBURG (10 461 GRT) Hamburg-Amerika-Linie, Hamburg.Launch. In 1943 by Burmeister og Wain, Copenhagen, afterwards incomplete remained lying and in 1947 in journey as KAMBOBJA under Danish flag for EAC.1970 sold to rebuild as livestock-carrier and in service as LINDA CLAUSEN .
