USCGC 52315 Intrepid, 52' steel double-ended motor lifeboat built in 1963 at the Coast Guard yard in Curtis Bay, Maryland. There are only four 52-footers, all stationed on the West Coast. They're the boat to use when conditions are [b]really[/b] bad on the bar or out at sea.
