-IMO#9277943- seen departing Providence,RI,3-18-07,stern. The tug behind her is Puma to escort her out of the bay. Also 3 coast guard vessels, 1 helicopter, another tug and 1 police boat. Kinda overkill if you ask me.

Re overkill: Worst of it all, the vessel looks like it is in ballast and thus has no gas cargo onboard.
