These are photos made by my friend Frank Inderdohnen. He was machinist on several salvage tugs operated by Bugsier Reederei in Hamburg. The MILAN was under tow somewhere in the Atlantic ocean and began to sink. I think this was in the late seventies.

a cargo of phosphate ,when sank off coast of Senegal lat 14°09'N long 17°23'W ,on sept. 1978 after her engine room Nos.4hold 5 holds flooded,her crew was safely rescued.
