Just over a month later the company that owned this vessel went bankrupt as a victim of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

CAPE MAY LIGHT and sistership CAPE COD LIGHT will be auctioned off tomorrow, July 26, at the MARAD offices in Washington, D.C.
