At first I thought it was a US port but you might be right Kyle, on closer inspection the pedestrians on the top deck could be Japanese. - The tugs funnel markings may be a clue? |

American cars are the blue '53/'54 Plymouth on the left, and a black '57 Ford near the boxes on the pier. The smaller white cars, of which three are parked near the black Mercedes, appear to be Toyota Coronas of the 1960-64 era. The presence of multiple models of this car leads me to believe that this picture was taken somewhere in Japan in the very early sixties.
