|Have seen this boat on the river Trave today. Seems to be used nowadays as a private yacht, but must have been something different before if you look at the firefighting equipment and the two radars. Can anyone clarify?

This is the Former Swedish Rescue vessel. "Wilh. R. Lundgren"
Built: 1957 at Djurgårdsvarvet, Stockholm, rebuilt 1982 at Swede Ship Marine AB.
Material: Steel, aluminium superstructure.
Length: 21.60 meters
Breadth: 5.96 meters
Draft: 2.80 - 3.00 meters
Displacement: 90 tonnes
Tonnage: 27 NRT, 83 GRT
Main engine: 2 x Volvo TAMD 120 BCC, 665 bHp/1800 rpm, 7100 running hours, new 1982. Pont a’ Mousson reduction gearbox to one shaft with a Berg adjustable pitch propeller.
Aux. engine: 1 x GM 4-cyl with THR 150 Mk II 14,4kW generator, 380/220V.
Cruising speed: 9.5 knots on about 50 l/hour.
Bunkers: Diesel - 26000 litres
