Description:

Built in Gothenburg in 1965 for T&J Harrison of Liverpool.
In 1977 the year after I took this, from UGANDA near Erskine on the Clyde NATURALIST passed into Chinese registry and was renamed YI CHANG and was scrapped in China in the 1990s.

Built for Harrison's Caribbean and Central America service . Was the first ship I ever saw flourescent lightin in the holds which fascinated me seeing as we always had those so and so clusters which were great fun lugging around the deck and re-positioning :-D Think the other Swedish built jobs were the "LINGUIST" and "NOVELIST" though one was slightly longer .

Yes and STATESMAN as well which also went to China. 8-)
