Per World Ship Society’s Marine News: February 2005 Vol. 59 No.2: “SNOW CRYSTAL 14,512/73 – refrigerated cargo, owned by Critical Shipping Ltd (Holy House Shipping AB) Cayman Islands. Reported an engine room fire 5/12/2004 when about 150 nautical miles north east of Durban and drifting without power. She was taken in tow by the tug PENTOW SERVICE and arrived Durban 7/12. She was on passage from Paranagua for the Persian Gulf with frozen chickens.”
