Wreck of the 44 foot catamaran "Cat Shot" at Roads End, north of Lincoln City, Oregon, USA. Lost during delivery to Seattle in December, 2006. All three of the delivery crew were lost at sea. The wreck was towed off the beach, broken up, and placed into dumpsters.

From US Coast Guard press release:
A logbook recovered by the US Coast Guard from the wreck showed the last entry at 3 a.m. Dec. 11 about 10 miles from Cape Blanco (Oregon). The entry indicated the crew had lowered the vessel's sails and deployed two sea anchors.

The vessel's emergency radio beacon was found locked inside a box aboard the boat and unable to float free of the vessel in the event of an emergency.
